Mystery of Mr. Clay (1967) - Short Film
I love this movie. This "making of "has to be the worst I have seen. The shots are all over the place and changing rapidly.

I absolutely loved this movie when I was a kid... I think I must have watched it more than a 100 times 🙂
The editor must have done 20 lines before starting this.
Eloquent speaker, Loved the film, the back story to the film sounds like a nightmare, I'm so glad they stood their ground and managed to get it out, it was well worth it, people will catch up with it like a lot of other maligned art from the past, be it film or music. Culture sometimes has to catch up to real inovation.
A significant insignificance of a movie. It had a pornographic sensibility that felt shocking... ultimately it's just flash. Genre-nonsense somewhat subverted. Superficially clever, ultimately throwaway. But with all pornography, one is compelled to look.
This movie is rubbish
It's rubbish bollex movie
Yaxshi kino hayotiy voqealar 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
he is kinda hot in here if you know what I mean
Amazing career by an amazing master of horror movies and a great director
Easily one of my favourite films and an underrated classic. So many people I speak to have no idea about this film! Love it so much!
Rest in Peace, Roger. You damn legend.
I saw this in the theater when it came out. I had never heard of it, but Tim Robbins, Morgan Freeman, in a Steven King film adaptation? Plus an amazing ensemble cast...the poster brought me to the ticket booth...and I never looked back. It's still one for the most amazing movies I've seen, it's a favorite I'm thankful I was simply in the mood for a movie that day. ❤️🎬 *saw it in a classically old movie theater that was once a modest opera house. Perfect viewing experience.
THE KEYS !!!
Since we all knew that Ice Cube was Doughboy in Boyz N The Hood, the other NWA members were also set to be in the movie as well.
WAS A JUNIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL WHEN ME AND A FRIEND SAW THIS IN 1978 WHEN IT CAME OUT AT THE OLD WARNER THEATER IN HARRISON NEW JERSEY . AND WE WALKED. 2 MILES FROM THE ARLINGTON SECTION OF KEARNY. Good memories, great funny movie. Those were the days. ❤😅🤣🤣 good memories.
The last of the great zombie movies in my opinion. Zombies should be slow and methodical. It adds to the suspense. When they started being able to outrun Usain Bolt, that element was taken away.
Dumb and Dumber is a good description of Biden and Harris.
Could someone answer me? The guy who played 'Wade' Mark Wilson, I can't find him anywhere. While google gives me the wrong actor. Do any of you know where it ended up?
I watched Pulp Fiction for the first time in Waukegan, Illinois, and I just didn’t get it. I was 18, clueless, and it flew over my head. The second time I saw it, I got it.
Tarantino is a skeezy annoying hack.
I went to the University of SouthEastern Louisiana after the movie came out. I can say that movie and Disco made college so much fun!
The same producers and director team that made top gun and days of thunder
1987 not a bad year for Vampire films! & Bill Paxton absolutely stole the show, Btw he asked her about Future endeavors, yeah POINT BREAK.
Awesome video. Thank you.
I was curious how they did the blood splattering on Miho's face, I thought she just somehow was able to learn not flinch and actually did not blink for that scene
SUPER NOT EDUCATED , LITTLE SPOILED NARCISSIST, A LITTLE MAN WITH A BIG CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER, THAT KILLED HIMSELF THROUGH IGNORANCE, HE BECAME WATER BY DRINKING SO MUCH WATER HIS KIDNEYS GAVE OUT WITH ASPIRIN WHICH DILATED HIS BLOOD VESSELS IN HIS ARROGANT HEAD AND HE DIED, WHY HE'S SO PUFFED UP, BODY SLOUGHING OFF.
This is what movies should be like. Before greed and numbers took control. A bunch of batshit crazy people having the time of their lives on film. Truly legendary! And Mrs Wormer is still hot!
Three dollars 💵 and .85 cents ???? 😂😂
Interesting to hear Karl and Marilyn explain how the Night Of The Living Dead makeup effects were achieved.
Nobody could play Barbara like Judith what a great performance in Night of the Living dead
My missus and I went and saw this movie when it first came out; pissed myself laughing thru the whole thing. I remember there was a guy sitting next to me [no idea who he was] who didn't crack a smile from start to finish. Probably a serial killer or something! PS: Hats off to whoever put the yellow Crosley into the scene in front of the Frat house!👍
Just watched it for the first time … for the whole film I thought Tim Roth was Timothy Spall
John Belushi was a legend of all legends
let's make a new 'the car' with an EV! lol
This is 2012. Jesus he's hammered. Drink bent him into a question mark ten years on.
I was a Sigma Nu in college when this was released summer of 1978 we tried to duplicate eveything
not surprised that the most American movie ever made has the most American bts production story too lol
Sniff :')
A relic from back when DVD's existed and had 'extras'
This was a great movie. The family was just WEIRD which made it memorable.
Where I lived in the late 1970s, a rural city, the main street was four lane with stop lights at almost every intersection. Great for being seen and taking off rapidly at the lights. Some years later the municiple worthys made a change, and removed a lane each way, no more drags and wheelies! Party Poopers. I am guessing this happened in a lot of other cities and big towns.
I love this movie. It’s one of the few movies that still gives me nightmares. The suspense and horror is done so beautifully
One of my favorite movies!
Meantime is a brilliant film with everyone giving excellent performances... Except Gary Oldman who smashes my willing suspension of disbelief like a side of ham. He puts his stink on every scene he's in over acting and mugging and just making an absolute arse of himself. The best scene he's in is the one in the lift where he has to do pretty much nothing which he just about manages but the rest of the time he acts like a cartoon skinhead. NOBODY ever spoke or acted like that. His melodramatic style absolutely clashes with everyone else's very studied and measured naturalistic acting, which was what the piece really needed. I can forgive him a bit because he was young and looked straight out of acting school but tbh he never got much better. Everyone else was bloody excellent though.
Fascinating. 👍
They didn't release Velvet Goldmine with this extra "making of" in the U.S. when the movie was first released. This was my favorite film for many years, and I am so happy to finally see this.
Laughton played a genuinely "mad" scientist, sick and creepy.
Wish Harland Williams had a bigger part. He’s so funny
